The Galician Interprofessional Laboratory Analysis of Milk has signed a collaboration agreement with the Department of Rural Affairs for conducting training activities, scientific and educational related to the production, processing and marketing of milk.
Among others, a collaborative framework to the various activities of scientific and technical fields with the greatest possible use of available resources will be established.
This agreement was signed by the Managing Director LIGAL Mr. Roberto Lorenzana Fernández, and the General Secretary for Rural Affairs and Forestry, and director of the Galician Institute of Food Quality (Ingacal), Tomás Fernández-Couto.
